As you may know, Festool recently upgraded their internal operating system. Below is an update provided by Grant MacDonald, Managing Director at Festool UK, outlining the current status of the integration, the temporary challenges being experienced, and the steps underway to resolve them.

'As we move past the first two months of 2026, we would like to share an update on the status of our SAP S/4 conversion.
Deliveries to the UK have been improving week by week, and we will continue to prioritise this market in the coming days and weeks.
However, we recognise that a considerable number of open orders have not yet been fulfilled, which is impacting our shared business.
We fully understand the frustration and inconvenience this situation may cause and sincerely apologise for the disruption.
Although we are seeing daily improvements, the ramp-up process will still take several more weeks, and a full return to normal performance will take time. In the meantime, we are working intensively to improve the flow of information to our customers so that more reliable delivery data will soon be available through our systems and customer portal.
We will continue to keep you informed of further developments. In the meantime, we kindly ask you to refrain from escalating enquiries to our customer service and field teams while we work to stabilise operations.'
