How to claim — it's simple

Follow these three steps and your £100 will be on its way. 1. Buy a participating machine

Purchase the RO 150 FEQ (576020) or the ETS EC 150/3 (576323) from Isaac Lord between 07 April and 30 June 2026. Only while stocks last.

2. Fill in the cashback form on MyFestool

Log in to your MyFestool account and register your machine using the cashback form. Upload your invoice and a photograph of the machine's rating plate — the part number and serial number must be clearly visible on the type plate. Submit by 12 July 2026 at the latest.

3. Receive £100 cashback

After Festool has verified your claim, they will transfer £100 directly to your specified bank account. You can view your claim's processing status at any time in your MyFestool account.
